The synopsis of Why Do Fools Fall in Love?:

WHY DO FOOLS FALL IN LOVE? takes place in 1966. Four girlfriends gather to celebrate the upcoming wedding of one of their own. As the bachelorette party picks up steam and the drinks flow, the girls discover more about each other's love lives than they had ever imagined.

One of the girls brings out a magic eight ball to liven up the party, but it leads to the revealing of well-kept secrets, and the fact that Millie's dreamy fiance is nowhere to be found. Millie swears she'll find him and bring him back - her dreams of the perfect wedding won't be dashed because of something silly like a missing groom.

Six months pass and the girls gather once again, this time to celebrate the engagement of Dee Dee to her longtime boyfriend. Again the liquid refreshments begin flowing and the girls share their romantic ups and downs. Throughout it all, Sally, Millie, Florence and Dee Dee come to understand that no matter how bad love becomes, true friendship is always there to fall back on. WHY DO FOOLS FALL IN LOVE? re-affirms that during real-life struggles, friendship will unveil its everlasting strength. And it does it with a real rockin' beat!
