Tortellini Straw and Hay Sautéed onions, garlic, mushrooms, peas, are tossed with ricotta filled tortellini and alfredo sauce. Accompanied by a dinner salad and breadstick.
Chicken Parmesan with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, baked to a golden brown and a side of angel hair pasta. Accompanied by a dinner salad and breadstick.
Coconut Crusted Tilapia served with Jamaican dirty rice, pineapple salsa, and teriyaki green beans. Accompanied by a dinner salad and breadstick.
Stella Cut Sirloin Topped with burgundy mushroom sauce and served with our teriyaki green beans and baked potato. Accompanied by a dinner salad and breadstick.

All performances are in compliance with the ADA standards for the disabled. Every performance, when performing at the Forest Lake Area High School, will have wheelchair access between Section 3 and 7. All other venues will be determined.
